It's ubiquitous in the news, that Social Media from the opportunistic platforms such as Meta and others have placed our children at addictive and self harm risks through the algo rhythmic feeds. Thankful to the court systems that are protecting out future generations, there is still a lot to uncover. These lawsuits are paving the way for monitoring not just the feeds sent to kids but cracking down on child pornography and abuse.
In our DEXITPLAN™, we ask about Biodata for a reason, because it impacts families down the line. Novartis finally settled a 1957 case whereby a the Complaint states that the multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical company knowingly commercialized from the living genetic material of Henrietta Lacks, a black woman, without consent or compensation. Novartis currently holds hundreds of patents developed by using the HeLa cell line. The pharmaceutical giant created and patented new drugs that led to enormous profits thanks to her genetic material.
