A directive for an online account is a specific instruction you leave regarding what should happen to your digital account after you pass away or become incapacitated. It's a part of your digital legacy planning needs, which gives your loved ones or executors clear guidance and authority to act on your behalf. These directives include: closing, deleting, transferring and memorializing accounts online. We also do not require or store your passwords.
