    Your digital life is the full collection of everything you do, own, share or store online and everything that exists about you or because of you that exists in the digital world. From your banking accounts, to your movie streaming or shopping accounts, they all require logging in through the internet. These accounts, if left unattended are vulnerable to hacking, identity theft and loss of funds or data. By closing, deleting, transferring ownership or memorializing these accounts, you will be able to create your custom DEXITPLAN to protect your legacy and family.
  • How do you discover my digital life?
    Your digital life will be automatically created by taking our quick and secure custom questionnaire, where we respect your privacy and do not ask for usernames, passwords, account numbers or balances. Simply identify the company with which you have an account or app with!
  • Is my personal data secure when creating my DEXITPLAN?
    Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We work closely with trusted Estate Planning Professionals and use secure, encrypted platforms designed to keep your personal information safe from unauthorized access. We will never ask for your passwords, log in credentials, account numbers, or financial balances and we strongly advise you never to share them with anyone. TO help you create a clear and secure DEXITPLAN, we only ask you to identify the companies with which you hold online accounts. You remain in complete control, choosing specific instructions and legacy directives for each account. Our approach is built on trust, discretion and the highest standards of data protection so you can plan with confidence.
  • Do I need a lawyer to create my DEXITPLAN?
    No lawyer is required to get started. Our platform guides you through the process, step by step. You can, however, choose to involved your attorney at any stage if you wish.
  • Can I include instructions for my online accounts and digital assets?
    Yes. You can list your online accounts ( e.g. emails, social media, banking, money apps, crypto, etc.) and choose specific directives for each one. A directive for an online account is a specific instruction you leave regarding what should happen to your digital account after you pass away or become incapacitated. It's a part of your digital legacy planning needs, which gives your loved ones or executors clear guidance and authority to act on your behalf. These directives include: closing, deleting, transferring and memorializing accounts online. We also do not require or store your passwords.
  • What happens to my DEXITPLAN if I pass away or become in capacitated?
    You can designate trusted contacts of fiduciaries who will receive access to your documents when the time comes, according to the instructions you have set.
  • Can I update my DEXITPLAN later?
    Absolutely! Life changes, and your DEXITPLAN should too. You can update it anytime, for free.
  • How does my DEXITPLAN help with my estate planning needs?
    We provide tools to help you organize and direct the handling of your digital life from photos and email to Crypto wallets and online accounts so your loved ones aren't left in the dark.
  • Is DEXITPLAN suitable for business owners or people with complex estates?
    Yes, especially for individuals with digital assets, crypto investors, online businesses or blended families. However, if your estate is particularly complex, we recommended involving a professional estate planning professional for review.
